Shipping Speed and Rates

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days unless we notify you otherwise. Shipping within the United States typically ranges from 1-5 days in transit. UPS is our default provider for heavy orders (over 20 lbs). We typically use USPS for orders less than 20 lbs.

To calculate shipping time for UPS, you can look up the time to ship UPS Ground from Bridgewater, VA 22812 to your address (here's the map we reference when someone asks).

Shipping is free in the US for any order over $150. Otherwise, rates are calculated at checkout after you enter your shipping address.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, weights may be rounded up to the next full pound.

Failed Delivery Attempt Policy

Let's protect the environment together by reducing the carbon emissions from the back-and-forth of heavy boxes of wood. When possible, do not order product for delivery at a time when your facility will be closed. This is most commonly an issue around holidays and summer.

If the package is returned because your facility is closed, you will need to pay the cost to reship the package. There are some exceptions - if you think your situation is an exception, give us a call and we can talk through it: 540 515-5111.

International

Send an email to support@kevaplanks.com to receive a quote for the complete landed cost of getting KEVA planks to your door with all shipping, duties and taxes included. In your email, please list the products and quantities you would like quoted, as well as your shipping address and phone number.

Note: There's a lot of variability of tariffs currently and you will be responsible for any tariffs. All of our products ship form the USA.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

 

APO/Military

KEVA Planks is a veteran owned company. We are honored to serve you. Thank you for your service and sacrifice for our freedom.

To ship to APO addresses, in the shipping section you must follow these instructions. They are easiest to understand by viewing an example here.

APO/FPO/DPO orders require a specific format or the United States Post Office will reject the package. Please follow these instructions carefully. 

 - First and Last Name: both are required and each must have at least 2 letters

 - Address: type your full box number in a single line in the shipping

 - City: write "APO" in all capital letters 

 - Country/Region: United States (even if you are not in the US)

 - State: Armed Forces

 - Phone: Require
