Foros was invented by the founder of KEVA Planks, Ken Scheel, after identifying a desire for a simple, beautiful tabletop game to use as an icebreaker with people who prefer games with easy to understand rules. It combines many of the characteristics loved by fans of KEVA planks, such as high quality wooden pieces, low tech brainwork, and inclusive play.
 
Foros inventor Ken Scheel is a serial inventor. In college, he created the iconic FlingSock-- a revolutionary game of catch for all skill levels. He also introduced the world to KEVA Planks, fostering creativity through simple precisioncut identical building blocks. His most recent work is Foros, a 3-dimensional stacking game that is quick to learn, easy to play, and beautiful.
